Working principle
When the particle packaging machine enters the automatic operation state, the weighing control system opens the feeding door to start feeding, and the feeding device is of fast and slow feeding mode; when the material weight reaches the set value of fast feeding, the fast feeding is stopped and the slow feeding is maintained; when the material weight reaches the set value, the feeding door is closed to complete the dynamic weighing process; at this time, the system detects the bagging When the bag has been clamped, the system will send a control signal to open the unloading door of the weighing bucket, and the material will enter the bag. After the material is put out, the unloading door of the weighing bucket will be closed automatically. After the material is emptied, the bag clamping device will be released and the bag will fall automatically. After the bag is dropped, the bag will be sewn and transported to the next station. In this way, it operates automatically.
