The Operation Method of Vibrator Pnuematic Roller Huller
1. Firstly, the husker is placed on the working table stably. According to the grain shape of rice, the space between rubber rollers is adjusted by adjusting screws. From the average sample, weigh 20g of clean rice (excluding the brown rice outside the grain), pick out the germinal bud grains and moldy grains, peel the shells separately, weigh the incomplete grains, and put the remaining samples in the accessory small dustpan for standby.
2. Turn on the power switch of the rice huller. After a while, put the small dustpan containing the sample on the feeding hopper, and slowly pour the sample into the hopper by vibrating the rice huller.
3. After the sample flows out, pull out the suction bucket for brown rice, pick out a small amount of rice in the brown rice, and then peel again for 1-2 times.
4.Turn off the power switch, remove the bran in the brown rice, weigh the brown rice (together with the perfect brown rice which is shelled separately), and then pick out the imperfect grains and weigh them.
